All for the Thor (Thors Well Oregon Coast)
It took me a week of watching the tides and weather before venturing over to Thor’s Well last winter. Coupled with trying to get a good sunset in the middle of winter along with the perfect wave and tide height during that time on the Oregon Coast makes it very difficult. Waves were spraying up hitting me and my gear that was covered in plastic and my rain cover. All of it was worth it in the end and I could leave with a big smile on my face that evening. Mission accomplished! I got a bit of a sunset and some greatly coveted images of this awesome geological feature.
