I had spent that winter morning wandering through a birch grove before driving further down sunnyside road. I was planning on photographing Lake Pend Oreille until I seen this guy watching me through the fog. The sun was trying to break the mist creating a very cool lighting effect. I had to stop my car on the dirt road and take a few images before he flow off.
